When you're happy and you know it shake your chains
supposedly Lord Burke gave Rich a $1000 bail. He asked Rich what he thought of that figure. Rich responded “When you’re happy and you know it shake your chains” and then shook his shackles.
Then Burke felt insulted, and raised the bail to $5000.
