Use Mail-to-Jail to send Rich Paul a letter

Rich was arrested, along with 6 other people, for the victimless “crimes” of obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct. One person held a beer in a public place and was arrested; then friends, including Rich, filmed the cops, asked questions, demanded justice, stood in front of cop cars so they couldn’t leave, etc. Supposedly, judge Burke gave Rich a $1000 bail at the next morning’s arraignment, and asked Rich what he thought of that figure. Rich responded “When you’re happy and you know it shake your chains” and then shook his shackles. Then Burke felt insulted, and raised the bail to $5000.
